Get to Know Us
A passionate team dedicated to empowering people with disability to live life on their own terms.
Our Story
Beyond Disability Empowerment was founded by Billy and Dannielle on a simple but powerful belief: every person with a disability deserves access to quality, personalised support that truly makes a difference. We started with a commitment to going beyond the standard — beyond labels, beyond barriers, and beyond limits.
From our beginnings serving families in Brisbane, we've grown into a family-run support service delivering across Redlands, Bayside, Logan, Ipswich and Greater Brisbane. But our heart hasn't changed — we're still a team that shows up, listens, and genuinely cares.
Every participant who comes to us gets a dedicated support team who takes the time to understand their unique goals, challenges, and strengths. We don't do cookie-cutter care — we do real relationships.
What We Stand For
Our mission is to empower people with disability to lead fulfilling, independent lives — supported by a team that truly cares.
We support participants to make their own choices, build their skills, and take control of their lives. Real empowerment means stepping back when needed and stepping up when it counts.
Every person deserves to be treated with respect, kindness, and professionalism. We uphold the dignity of each participant in every interaction, no matter how big or small.
We believe connection matters. We actively support participants to engage with their communities, build friendships, and belong somewhere that feels like home.
