Your rights with BDE

Every participant we support has the right to:

Choice and control — make your own decisions about your supports and who provides them.
Dignity and respect — be treated with courtesy in every interaction.
Privacy — have your personal information kept confidential and secure.
Safety — receive support that is safe and free from harm.
Freedom from abuse, neglect and exploitation.
To speak up — give feedback or make a complaint without disadvantage.
An advocate — involve a family member, friend or independent advocate at any time.
