Privacy Policy

How we collect, store, use and protect your personal information.

Draft for review. This is a starter policy prepared for BDE. Please review, tailor and approve it (and confirm your ABN and any registration details) before the website goes live.

Who we are

Beyond Disability Empowerment (BDE) is a family-run disability support service. We deliver supports in partnership with Boutique Caring, a registered NDIS provider. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information.

What we collect

We may collect your name, contact details, information about the supports you are seeking, and — only when needed to provide safe support and with your consent — relevant health or NDIS plan information.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, plan and deliver supports, meet our obligations under the NDIS Code of Conduct and Practice Standards, and improve our services. We do not sell your information.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Sensitive information is collected and stored securely, and access is limited to those who need it.

Sharing your information

We only share your information with your consent, or where required or authorised by law. Where our compliance partner supports our record-keeping, information is handled under appropriate confidentiality arrangements.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you. If you have a privacy concern, contact us using the details below, or see our Complaints & Feedback page.
