Your right to be heard

We welcome feedback and take all complaints seriously. You can raise a concern without fear of losing your supports or being treated unfairly. Your feedback helps us improve.

How to raise a complaint or give feedback

You can complain on your own behalf or ask a family member, friend or advocate to help.

What happens next

We will acknowledge your complaint, work with you to understand what happened, keep you informed, and aim to resolve it fairly and promptly. We record and review complaints to prevent them happening again.
